(please discourage phone calls during your weekend - it may disrupt your ability to concentrate on each other and thereby gain the best from it.)

The retreat house is situated in a small, moated village in the heart of the Essex countryside. It has pleasant gardens within its grounds and has the tranquil atmosphere you would expect from retreat house.

The accmmodation is in single rooms that are simply furnished yet comfortable. Most rooms have an en-suite and beautiful views of the gardens, the parish church or the surrounding countryside. There is a ground-floor room suitable for wheelchair users and others with limited mobility. There is also free onsite parking.
